Function description:

You will join the RF and Microwave team, working on a variety of circuit designs from IF (sub-GHz) to RF/Microwave (up to 30GHz). Newtec's product portfolio serves a broad range of applications from professional equipment for satellite ground stations to consumer terminals for broadband satellite internet access. The RF/Microwave team realises all high frequency designs in these products, resulting in a challenging and continuously evolving job content. You will assist with the product defintion, design and development and collaborate with the respective teams for validation and production. We believe that a strong design team is more creative than the sum of its members and expect your mindset to support this.

A punctual, flexible and openminded teamplayer eager to learn about our hi-tech products and acquire new technical skills. You possessYo excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills and are able to perform well under stress, whilst maintaining good time and priority management.You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is an asset.

• you hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (RF/Microwave related)
• you have a creative attitude combined with a good sense of design methodology
• you have strong interest in RF design at board level, including microstrip
• you are eager to use CAD tools as well as lab equipment
• you are keen to enhance your skills in designing RF/Microwave circuits
