The Regional Support Center – Americas is looking for a senior project engineer with a solid background in satellite IP network and broadband access network to join the team.

Function description
As a member of our team you will provide project life-cycle support in the America region.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post sale support to our account managers and customers from technical proposal preparation, equipment and system configuration, technical presentation, demo, training, technical support, all the way to RMA.

• Deliver technical assistance and consultancy on our professional satellite IP modem Elevation series in IP trunking and IP backbone applications; and IP broadband system Sat3Play in B2B and B2C applications.

• Ensure day-to-day coordination and adherence to support processes with agreed SLAs.

We are recruiting for this job

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Relevant experience is preferred;

• Advanced knowledge of IP networking

• Good analytical and problem solving skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Highly organized individual, self-motivated and able to work independently;

• Hands-on attitude;

• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and initiative;

•  Practical/working knowledge in any of the following areas is an advantage:

• Willing to travel occasionally.Offer
