Newtec Communications provides you with a full range of professional services to ensure the most efficient operation of our IP software as well as the Elevation IP appliances.
We know that many off-the-shelf solutions cannot take special demands of individual services into account. For example, Internet service providers using ready-to-use components often have to deal with incompatibility of individual components from different vendors; causing high implementation efforts and a high overhead of non-used functionality while at the same time having to cut back on desired functionalities.
Based on detailed requirement specifications we develop individual solutions to match you and your customer's needs based on years of experience of more than one decade. This includes research, new development, modification and maintenance of our main software products but also of our multi-faceted range of add-ons.
Apart from the development, we are offering premium support services including 24/7 and on-site support to ensure that your services and platforms always perform as you expect.
Additionally we offer training and consultancy on Internet applications via satellite and wireless networks in general as well as on our Tellitec IP software and Elevation PEP-Box family in particular. Other trainings are available on request.
