Redundancy switches are generic products that can be used in any satcom application. The new product line consists in a series of dedicated 1+ 1 redundancy switches and the Universal switching system able to switch any type of data stream or modulated signals.
These products are designed to satisfy Broadcasters and Telecom Operators service continuity requirements.
There is a dedicated switch for Modulators, Demodulators and Frequency converters. Each dedicated redundancy switch has a limited number of options and a unique config file per configuration. This simple product line structure helps the customer to identify quickly the needed redundancy switch.
For more complex configurations, the Universal Switching System AZ200 is more appropriate. It will provide a cost effective tailored made solution.
