Function description:

As a senior test engineer you will be working within the Sat3Play® product line team. Sat3Play® is an affordable 2 Way Satellite Broadband System that has been designed for IP based service providers, such as ISP's, wanting to offer voice, data and television services in areas where no terresial broadband connection is available and at a competitive price.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• definition of test strategies for the system/ products
• definition of system validation testing project schedule and scope
• contribution to 'design for test' during product definition and design
• test case design, execution and reporting of the validation and regression testing
• design, development and maintenance of the test environments (test platform, test-ware...)
• test automation

A punctual, flexible and open-minded team player eager to learn about our hi-tech products and acquire new technical skills.  You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in validation testing in a system environment, preferably in Telecom or IP Networking system technologies. Affinity with system test automation is a definite plus.

• Testing and troubleshooting
• Linux
• MS Office / Open Office
• Test management tooling: Quality Center / Test Director or similar
• IP networking knowledge is an asset
• RF / Telecommunication knowledge
• ISTQB or similar trainings are an additional asset
