History

At the beginning of the commercial phase of the Newtec activities manufacturing was subcontracted to a third party (Cable Print). With the increasing demand for Newtec products a large part of the production capacity of Cable Print was soon entirely dedicated to Newtec. In early 2001 Newtec took over the Cable Print production team and started up a new company called Teamtec. Since then the Newtec production was conducted in the wholly owned manufacturing plant at Erpe-Mere. Today the Manufacturing Competence Center is fully integrated in the Newtec structure and it continues to focus on the delivery of full turnkey electronic manufacturing services to a wide variety of industrial partners and the Newtec Group.
