Kristof Geilenkotten - Director Customer Support Global
Kristof joined Newtec as senior Software developer in 2002, and has had held other positions since then as Technical Product Management, Technology Lab Project Director. Since 2010 until 2012 he had the position of Director Innovation at Newtec. From 2012 to 2016 he held the position of Director Customer Support Global. Since 2016 he is responsible for System Engineering and Product Quality Assurance.
Before joining Newtec Kristof worked as consultant for Alcatel Lucent Belgium, Solinet Germany, Expert Telecoms Germany and MAM software UK.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Bournemouth UK. He obtained an MBA with great distinction at the Vlerick Management School in 2009. He obtained a Master in Corporate finance at the Vlerick Management School in 2012. In 2014 he obtained a diploma on “customer centric marketing” from the Wharton University Pennsylvania and currently he is pursuing a Master in Human Resource Management from the university of Antwerp.
