Applications
The Stream Aggregator fits all applications where multiple
services have to be sent over satellite: - Primary distribution of multiple terrestrial TV multiplexes
towards broadcast towers - Simultaneous distribution of DVB-H and DVB-T services to
broadcast towers - Distribution of several services (DVB-T + other DVB-S2
carriers) towards one set or diff erent sets of receivers
Main Advantages- Ability to saturate a transponder even if multiple
multiplexes are sent - Provides virtually unlimited number of ASI inputs to
modulator - SFN-compliant transmission
- No interferences between the multiplexes
- Fully transparent DVB-S2 transmission
