Care Pack Extended
Puts top priority to resolve issues on mission-critical professional equipment. Newtec experts remotely access the equipment, perform a diagnosis and implement corrective actions to get the mission-critical operations up and running again. In addition, Newtec provides operational advice, software release notifications and assistance for software upgrades.

Care Pack Enhanced ⁽¹⁾
When opting for Care Pack Enhanced, on top of the Care Pack Basic services, you will benefit from faster response and faster repair. Moreover Newtec experts will remotely access the faulty equipment for diagnostic. You will also receive personalized notifications on new software releases and Newtec will provide operational advice and assistance for software upgrade. Care Pack Enhanced includes a Software Upgrades Service providing access to the major software releases (excluding new features).
