In case you have an alarm, refer to the user manual according the alarm message on the display. In most cases a short description of the cause of the alarm is provided and what to do to resolve the problem.

How to generate a diagnostic report on Azimuth and Elevation equipment?

How to upgrade the software on my Azimuth/Elevation device?

In order to upgrade the software on your Newtec Azimuth or Elevation equipment, you need to contact our Technical Support team to receive the latest software version.

Please provide a recent diagnostic report when requesting a new software version.

What is the RMCP Loader and how to get it?

RMCP Loader offers a Windows platform based user interface that allows controlling Newtec devices via the Newtec RMCP (Remote Monitor and Control Protocol) for:

• Single command control
• Grouped command control

• Grouped firmware update

Currently our user manuals are not available on-line. A paper copy of the product manuals are included in your delivery. This includes a user manual and reference manual. The reference manual is also available on the web GUI of your device. Click a variable to navigate directly to its description.
