Arabsat in conjunction with World Teleport Association is pleased to host the Industry Dialogue Series at IBC. A panel of satellite, broadcast and communications technology experts will continue to explore the impact of satellite services on the world of media distribution across the globe.

The Middle East and Africa are among the fastest growing regions for satellite-delivered content, not to mention applications for ISPs, government and business. They are also currently the regions of the world undergoing the greatest upheaval in political, security and social terms. Doing business in these regions takes special expertise, regional experience and a mix of technologies appropriate to the needs of the market, from Ku to Ka-band, standard DTH bouquets to localized solutions. In this panel session, experts from media, satellite and technology companies discuss the needs of the region and offer examples of applications, deployments and partnerships that are making it possible for them to thrive on chaos.
